Application Form

Please don’t leave your application until the last minute.Your proposed project needs to fit the themes and fulfil the conditions to be eligible, so it would be best to draft it early, then come along to a Support session and check with £eith Chooses Panel that it can be accepted, and/or get advice about how you might amend it, while there is still plenty of time.
Support sessions will be held at local libraries on the following days:

• Wednesday 30 October 2019 (McDonald Road, downstairs business hub) 
• Wednesday 27 November 2019 (McDonald Road, downstairs business hub)
  Both are ‘drop in’ between 3 pm and 7:30 pm

Extra sessions can be arranged, if these dates or place do not suit. Please get in touch!
You can come along to more than one support session, as required.
